Picea is a celebration of refined living in downtown Boulder. Its light-filled and layered spaces anchor those who want both a grounded connection to place and a sense of uplift in daily life. For this community, we were invited to create visuals that reflect the project’s rhythm: one between nature, city life, and a lifestyle rooted in ease and discovery.

STARTING POINT
We created images that feel lived-in, bathed in the Boulder light, attentive to texture, scale, and atmosphere. This meant composing each scene around experience and gesture first, then letting the built forms inhabit those moments.

Our goal was to evoke a quiet optimism, a sense of ease in movement, and a poetic relationship between interior and exterior. Picea is about how the Boulder sun settles on surfaces, and how urban life and nature coexist.

Our process was closely aligned with the interior vision developed by Unscripted Interiors. We matched their mood boards with precision, rebuilding custom 3D furniture and objects from scratch to reflect the exact staging intent. This close collaboration ensured every frame felt cohesive, intentional, and honored the developer's team work.
