STARTING POINT
Set in Midway, Utah, beneath the Wasatch Mountains and close to Deer Valley, Homestead sits within a landscape as dramatic as it is complex. When we began, much of the property was still little more than earth and construction.

Creating a film for its 2027’s new debut is designing it to make that meaning felt, by showing viewers why this place matters. The result is a genuine introduction to Homestead: a place that feels familiar, stays with you, and eventually becomes part of your own story. Penteye produced a quieter, more emotional positioning film, with legacy and belonging ahead of amenities and features.
